can accommodate other shipping requests. Seller can not be responsible for
item once shipped. THR charges a one time $9.99 handling charge per
each order over $100, not per part. You will see the 9.99 charge included in
"shipping" in checkout. Buy more and save!!

We make every effort to ship
within 3-5 business days of receiving payment. Items are generally
shipped ground, and thus buyers can expect delivery of their items within
7-14 business days after payment. A link of order information is sent upon
payment and can be checked online at any time. Tracking numbers are
sent to buyers directly via email the day after shipment.

ACCEPTS PAYPAL/ VISA / MASTERCARD / AMEX / AND MONEY ORDERS. We prefer
PAYPAL! Payment is due within 3 days of sale. If payment is not received
within 7 days, we will file for Non-Paying Bidder.

use this order # to check the status of your order anytime at

Tax
will be charged for buyers in the state of Texas only (8.25%). Handling fees
vary per item.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Texas Hot Rods WILL accept returns on returnable items up to 14 days after
sale of item. Simply contact us for an RMA and return your item in new
and resalable condition in original packaging. We will issue a refund
within 14 business days to your original payment method!
WHAT CAN BE RETURNED?
Many
items can be returned. To check if your item can be returned please
contact us for an RMA. You can also review our non-returnable item
list below for items that can not be cancelled or returned.
HOW DO I GET AN RMA?
RMA
Number (Return Merchandise Authorization) is REQUIRED for any returns.
Please contact us at as soon as possible at
customerservice@texashotrods.com
for an RMA number. All items returned without RMA will be
refused and THR does not take any responsibility for return of the item.
Customer is responsible for shipping the item to THR . We recommend
use of a traceable shipping service, as only proof of signature by a THR
employee can serve as evidence of receipt.
WHAT CONDITION DOES THE ITEM HAVE TO BE IN?
Items returned must be in new and resalable condition in original packaging.
Return will be back to the original form of payment, and will be processed
within 14 business days. PLEASE
NOTE: Any non-defective part returned will be charged shipping & credit card
fees incurred for the item.
Any
item returned incomplete or damaged or not in original packaging will not be
accepted for return and will be refused or sent back at customer's expense.
WHAT IF I REFUSE MY SHIPMENT?
If
buyer refused shipment of an item, a 25% restocking fee will be charged once
item is received in new and resalable condition.
WHAT ARE NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
Certain items CAN NOT be returned or
cancelled. Because of the nature of special ordered items, THR
disclaims any guarantee of delivery date for these types of items and these
items may take longer than normal for delivery. These include but are
not limited to special order items including:
ALL Superchargers
ALL Tuners
ALL Engines / Heads/ Assembled Parts
ALL Vehicles
ALL Projects (with or without labor)
Body Kits
Painted Parts / Body Components
Special Order Exhaust (such as Kooks)
Wheels / Tire Packages
Mounted / Balanced Wheels & Tires
Used Items
Non defective items that have been installed or used
Any item not in new or non-resalable condition
DAMAGED ITEMS:
If
an item is received damaged or incomplete upon receipt you must contact THR
within 72 hours of receipt at
customerservice@texashotrods.com.
Items damaged in shipping will be claimed through shipping company and are
subject to the policies of the shipping company's claims.
THR
will facilitate manufacturer's defects directly through the manufacturer.
Defects are subject to manufacturer's warranty policies.
Texas Hot Rods reserves the right to change or modify policies at any time
without any further notice.
