THR FORGED 306/308 SHORTBLOCKS:

If you are looking for a great starting point or just a solid foundation to replace that hi-mileage motor in your stang, look no further! THR offers the most affordable shortblocks you will find. Don't be fooled...our shortblocks come standard with ARP hardware, new cam bearings, and high quality FORGED pistons from Probe or Manley!

Our basic shortblocks are race prepped the same as our Forged shortblocks, but are built with KB Hyper pistons to save a few bucks. We still utilize high quality ARP fasteners, Felpro gaskets, and new cam bearings, but save a few bucks with a hypereutectic piston that is ideal for a solid street/strip motor.

If you are planning to add a power-adder such as NOS, supercharger, or turbocharger, we highly recommend our Forged Shortblock options for just a few dollars more.
